Based on a tree illustration created by The Essence, I produced a video invitation for a psychedelic trance event. I cut the graphic into small elements and created a dynamic 2D animation. To bring the tree illustration to life, I used Adobe After Effects, where I built a complex character rig. By controlling the rig, I animated changing facial expressions for the character.
I also prepared a timetable animation, which was published shortly before the event. For this, I created a custom looping music track.
